Ben is about to read Goldilocks and the Three Bears to Abby when Moby suggests they read his version of the fairytale. As students listen along with Abby, they review the tenses and modal verbs.
Students will:
- discuss and list elements of a fairytale.
- use new vocabulary to predict the topic of the movie.
- use new vocabulary to do a Story Impression activity with a partner.
- listen to a reading of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and compare it to the chart of fairytale elements.
- use sentence strips to sequence the events of the movie.
- review the tenses they have learned.
